I am certified personal trainer with over 14 years of military service and an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. I am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology (3 classes left!).
I enjoy eating hot wings and reading about all things fitness related!
I enjoy helping people and this blog provides the perfect medium for me to accomplish that goal. On this blog, I will provide comprehensive fitness information across many areas to include physical, mental, and emotional fitness.
